Refund Policy

First-time subscribers

If this is your first time subscribing to Rigorem Pro, you can request a full refund within 7 days of payment, for any reason.

Recurring subscriptions

After the first month, subscription payments are non-refundable. However, you can cancel anytime — your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.

How to request a refund

Email support@rigorem.com with your account email and we will respond within 3 business days. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Creem (our Merchant of Record).

Exceptions

We may also issue refunds case-by-case for:

  • Service outages preventing report generation
  • Billing errors
