What Rigorem does
Rigorem is an AI-powered methodology review tool for medical research papers. You upload a PDF, our system extracts the text and produces a methodology audit, and we deliver the result as a Word report.
Account
- Signing in via Magic Link or Google creates your account automatically.
- One person, one account.
- You are responsible for keeping your sign-in email secure.
Subscription & Billing
- The Free plan includes a lifetime total of 3 paper analyses. Failed analyses do not count toward this limit.
- The Pro plan costs $9.99 per month and includes 100 paper analyses per calendar month. The quota resets on the 1st of each month (UTC). Failed analyses do not count toward the monthly limit.
- Payments are processed by Creem, which acts as our Merchant of Record. Your relationship for the payment itself is with Creem.
- Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us.

Service Availability
The service is provided “as-is”. We do not guarantee 100% uptime, error-free operation, or uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rigorem is not liable for losses arising from service interruptions or unavailability.
Termination
- We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms.
- You may request account deletion at any time by emailing support@rigorem.com.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute will be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction in China.
Changes to these Terms
If we make material changes to these Terms, we will email every registered user before the changes take effect.
